Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a camera, a control method, and a program, configured so as to make it possible to improve image quality. An image sensor captures an image, and an encoding unit encodes the image. A control unit controls the bit rate allocated to the encoding of the image in accordance with the shake of the camera. The present invention is applicable to, for example, a camera that photographs and encodes an image.
