Abstract:
The present invention relates to a carrier-based information tracing method and apparatus. The method comprises: editing a sensor sequence on a production line, and associating serial numbers with process positions; acquiring detection information of each sensor on the production line during the running process of a carrier, associating the detection information with a serial number of a corresponding sensor, and generating a production sequence of the carrier according to a timestamp of the detection information; performing missing matching on the production sequence and a predefined process confirmation sequence, and when there is a missing serial number in the production sequence, sending repair information, wherein the repair information at least comprises identification information of the carrier, and the missing serial number; and when the production sequence of the carrier completely matches the process confirmation sequence, generating tracing information according to the production sequence and a repair item. In the present invention, process confirmation is performed on clothing manufacturing during a production process on the basis of a carrier, and the problems of a missing process and a fault are responded to quickly, such that production information of clothing can be effectively traced, thereby facilitating the tracing of production information of ready-made clothes for sale, and meeting customer requirements.
