Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of gas-turbine engine structures, and in particular to a floating-type ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring, and an assembly structure and method for same and a casing. The problems that because of high thermal stress at a connection position of a turbine outer ring and a casing, the connection position of the turbine outer ring and the casing is prone to local cracking, and a sealing effect of a large radial clearance between the turbine outer ring and rotor blades is poor are solved. The floating-type ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring comprises a ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring main body and floating-type connection structures. By means of the floating-type connection structures, the connection strength and reliability of the ceramic matrix composite turbine outer ring and a turbine casing can be improved, and the turbine outer ring can float up and down in the radial direction of an engine, thereby implementing adaptive adjustment of the clearance between the turbine outer ring and turbine rotor blade tips. Thus, the reduction of a fit clearance between the turbine outer ring and the turbine rotor blade tips is facilitated, a sealing effect of the turbine rotor blade tips is improved, and the comprehensive effectiveness of a turbine of the engine is improved.
