Abstract:
A check valve device (10) installed on a part of a plastic film (2) forming a closed type plastic bag (1), allowing an air inside the bag (1) to be bled by the contact thereof with the tip part of a suction hose (60) and starting sucking, and holding, airtight, the inside of the bag (1) by stopping the sucking. The check valve device (10) comprises a thin type hard plastic case (11) and a flat tube-like soft plastic valve film (15) stored in the case (11). The case (11) comprises an intake port (12) and an exhaust port (13), and the intake port (12) communicates with the inside of the bag (1) and the exhaust port (13) communicates with the outside of the bag (1). The valve film (15) is fixed to the case (11) with its one end communicating with the intake port (12), and the valve part thereof other than the one end is fitted to and separated from the inner surface of the case (11). In bleeding the air, the valve part of the valve film (15) is separated from the inner surface of the case (11) by a reduction in pressure inside the case (11) and fitted to the inner surface of the case after the bleeding is completed.
