Abstract:
This chromatographic separation method employs chromatography to separate a plurality of components, contained in a liquid to be separated, by means of a chromatographic separation device 1 provided with a plurality of filling portions 10 filled with a separating agent for separating the plurality of components contained in the liquid to be separated, supply portions 20 which are provided in each of the plurality of filling portions 10 to supply the filling portions 10 with the liquid to be separated or with an eluent for extracting any component contained in the liquid to be separated, and extracting portions 30 for extracting from the filling portions 10 any component contained in the liquid to be separated, wherein the chromatographic separation method includes an upward supply extracting step of extracting any component contained in the liquid to be separated from an upward flowing extracting portion while supplying the eluent to at least one filling portion 10 from the upward flowing extracting portion.
