Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a compound or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, said compound being to be used for promoting osteogenesis, improving bone metabolism, preventing or treating bone fracture and preventing or treating diseases relating to bone metabolism, or for promoting healing in bone diseases such as bone fracture, bone defect or osteoarthritis in the field of plastic surgery and treating periodontal disease or stabilizing artificial tooth roots in the field of dentistry. Provided is a compound represented by general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The meanings of the substituents in formula (I) are as follows: R1 represents a halogen atom, etc.; R2 represents a hydrogen atom, etc.; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, etc.; R4 represents a hydrogen atom, etc.; and A represents a heterocyclic group, etc.
