Abstract:
To provide a sealing film for solar cells, which is suppressed in shrinkage when heated. A sealing film (13A, 13B) for solar cells, which is characterized by containing an organic peroxide and a resin mixture that is composed of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a polyethylene. The sealing film (13A, 13B) for solar cells is also characterized in that the mass ratio of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) to the polyethylene (PE) in the resin mixture, namely (EVA:PE) is from 8:2 to 3:7; and the melting point (the temperature when the viscosity is 30,000 Pa·s) of the resin mixture is 80-105˚C.
