Abstract:
A circulating-type intelligent spraying and drying production line. A first conveyor belt (2) and a second conveyor belt (3) are mounted on a framework (1); a first lifting device (5) and a second lifting device (6) are respectively provided at either end of the framework (1); a positioning mechanism (7) and a tray (8) are mounted at the top of the framework (1); a scanning device (9) and two spraying robots (10, 11) are provided at one side of the positioning mechanism (7). By means of the cooperation of the two conveyor belts (2, 3) and the two lifting devices (5, 6), the tray (8) is circulated in the whole production line, improving the operating efficiency; the tray (8) clamps a side of a sole by means of clamping columns (16), and the sole is arranged transversely, saving space; a reading and writing head mounted on the positioning mechanism (7) can read an RFID sensor chip (17) mounted on the bottom of the tray (8) and transmit data to the spraying robots (10, 11), a scanner (14) scans a work piece on the tray (8) and transmits the scanned spraying track to the spraying robots (10, 11), and the spraying robots (10, 11) can intelligently select the work piece to be sprayed; after completion of the spraying, the tray (8) is conveyed by the conveyor belts (2, 3) to a drying chamber for drying.
