A cleaning separation apparatus (100), comprising: a frame (102), a cleaning base (20), a cleaning rotating disc (40), a cleaning tower (60) disposed corresponding to the cleaning rotating disc (40), and a cleaning tower driving mechanism (80) controlled to drive the cleaning tower (60) to move, and a control device that controls cleaning. The washing rotating disc (40) is provided with a cup holder for containing a reaction cup or test tube. The cleaning base (20) is sequentially provided with a first combined cleaning station (202), a second combined cleaning station (204), and a third combined cleaning station (206). The first combined cleaning station (202) comprises a pre-magnetic position (2022) and a magnetic cleaning position (2024) that are arranged in sequence. The second combined cleaning station (204) or the third combined cleaning station (206) comprises a shaking position (2020), the pre-magnetic position (2022), and the magnetic cleaning position (2024) that are arranged in sequence. The cleaning base (20) is provided with a magnetic member (22) corresponding to the pre-magnetic position (2022) or the magnetic cleaning position (2024). According to the cleaning separation apparatus, magnetic particles are first adsorbed to the side wall of the reaction cup at the pre-magnetic position to prepare for the subsequent cleaning, magnetic beads are further tightly adsorbed to the side wall of the reaction cup at the magnetic cleaning position, thereby reducing the magnetic loss in the cleaning process.
