Abstract:
Disclosed is a cleaning tool for cleaning an end face of a ferrule of an optical connector. This cleaning tool is provided with: a nozzle (42) for spraying gas to an end face of a ferrule; a holding part (44) for holding the nozzle 42; and a discharge hole (46) for discharging the gas sprayed from the end face of the ferrule. The nozzle (42) is held by the holding part (44) such that the axis line thereof is within a range of 0±20° with respect to a normal line to the end face of the ferrule.
