[Problem] To provide protective clothing with producibility and wearing comfort of the foot portion that have been improved over prior art. [Solution] A head portion that covers the area from the top of a person's head to the neck, a torso portion that covers the area from the chest to the abdomen, arm portions that cover the areas from the shoulders to the wrists, leg portions that cover the areas from the abdomen to the calves, and foot portions that cover the areas from the calves to the toes are formed as a unit by joining a plurality of fabrics. The fabric junctions of the foot portion have a seam that extends along the edge of the superimposed fabric formed by superimposing the edges, and a welded portion of prescribed width of the fabrics to each other, the welded portion being disposed opposite the fabric edge with the seam therebetween and extending along the seam. The fabric junction of the foot portion is exposed to the external air.
