Provided are: a coil module which is inexpensive and has excellent characteristics; and a method for producing same. This coil module 1 comprises a coil conductor 6 which has: a plurality of coil elements 6a, each comprising a pair of legs 6a1 and a bridging part 6a2 connecting one end of each of the pair of legs 6a1, and which are positioned so as to straddle a coil core 13; and a plurality of wire electrodes 6b formed on a wiring board 2. The method for producing the coil module 1 comprises: an assembly formation step in which the plurality of coil elements 6a are integrated with resin to form an element assembly 3; and a conductor formation step in which, by mounting the element assembly 3 on the wiring board 2, a coil conductor 6 wound around the periphery of the coil core 13 is completed. The conductor formation step entails introducing resin into a die with a plurality of coil elements 6a positioned therein, to form a block body 9, and thereby form an element assembly 3.
