Abstract:
The present invention relates to a colored steel composite board lifting/lowering cutting apparatus, comprises a power source, a rotating shaft, a lifting/lowering arm, a cutting mechanism, a lifting/lowering arm driving mechanism, and a fixed base. The cutting mechanism is provided at a movable end of the lifting/lowering arm. A fixed end of the lifting/lowering arm is rotatably connected to the fixed base via an intermediate shaft. The lifting/lowering arm driving mechanism is capable of driving the fixed end of the lifting/lowering arm to rotate around the axis of the intermediate shaft. One end of the rotating shaft is connected to a power output part of the power source; the other end is connected to the cutting mechanism. The cutting mechanism is provided with a blade shaft, connected at one side to the rotating shaft and provided at the other side with a cutting blade. The present apparatus is structurally compact, obviates the need for two-level belts, is simple to mount and maintain, provides high use precision, and has extended service life. At the same time, an electric motor can be directly and externally attached to the fixed base for improved cooling and convenient maintenance.
