Provided is a communication device in a wireless communication system, wherein the communication device is provided with: a receiving unit that receives control information including puncture information which indicates the presence of a puncture resource in a resource assigned to the communication device, such reception being from another communication device; and a decoding unit that decodes data received from the other communication device, in the assigned resource. The decoding unit performs decoding using the puncture information included in the control information that the receiving unit received.
