Abstract:
The present application provides a communication method and apparatus, a device, a storage medium, and a program. A first terminal device receives first indication information, the first indication information being used for instructing the first terminal device to transmit a first measurement report to a network device; and the first terminal device transmits the first measurement report to the network device according to the first indication information, so as to assist the network device in determining whether to perform group handover on the first terminal device and a second terminal device. Therefore, the network device can more accurately make a group handover decision.
