Abstract:
This communication resource allocation device (10) identifies a level of danger for each of a plurality of areas to be monitored included in a communication area of a base station (20), by identifying a dangerous behavior that has occurred in each of the plurality of areas to be monitored in a past reference period, the dangerous behavior being likely to cause traffic accidents. The communication resource allocation device (10) allocates communication resources to each of the plurality of areas to be monitored on the basis of the identified level of danger. The communication resource allocation device (10), using the allocated communication resources, distributes information to a roadside equipment (30) and vehicle-mounted apparatuses (40) in each of the plurality of areas to be monitored.
