Abstract:
A control circuit of a receiving terminal included in a communication system causes a first communication device to transmit a polling request to a first transmitting terminal in at least one of two or more consecutive periods. If reception of response data is not completed in a transmission period, the control circuit causes the first communication device to stop the transmission of the polling request and waits for the reception of the response data in a period subsequent to the transmission period. The transmission period is a period in which the polling request was transmitted. In a period subsequent to a period in which the reception of the response data was completed, the control circuit causes the first communication device to transmit the polling request to the first transmitting terminal.
