Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides a composition for forming a solar cell electrode, containing a conductive powder, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle, wherein the tackiness expressed by formula 1 below is about 60% to about 90%. [Formula 1] Tackiness (%) = {(A-B)/A}×100, here A represents the minimum value of shear stress, measured when a pair of circular plates with a diameter of 25 mm are bound to each other in parallel via a composition for forming a solar cell electrode and then an external force is applied thereto to detach the circular plates from each other, and B represents the shear stress value at the point at which the instant variation in the shear stress compared with the separated distance between plates (d (shear stress)/d (separated distance)) is 0.05.
