Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating muscle aging related diseases, containing, as an active ingredient, miR-431 or a mimic thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to a cell therapeutic agent for treating muscle aging related diseases, containing miR-431 or a mimic thereof, and myoblasts, all of which are active ingredients. The present invention can inhibit muscle aging and treat muscle aging related diseases.
