Abstract:
It is intended to provide a technique which is useful in developing a method of conveniently immobilizing a genetic material on a support at an arbitrary timing and an arbitrary combination. More specifically speaking, a kit for immobilizing a genetic material on a support and transferring into a cell, which comprises a) the genetic material, b) a charged material having a charge opposite to the genetic material, and c) a salt and is provided with a manual instructing to mix the genetic material with the charged material and the salt on a solid phase support; a composition to be used therein; and a system and a kit with the use of the same.
