Abstract:

Provided are a compound having the structure of formula I and a preparation method therefor and the use for treating cancers. The compound of the present invention has an inhibitory effect on various cancer cells and can be biologically converted into an active drug Linifanib in vitro (in plasma) so as to inhibit the proliferation of tumour cells, especially hepatoma cells, at a lower dose.
