Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a converter apparatus. The converter apparatus comprises a power heat dissipater, a high-voltage assembly, a power assembly, and a transformer and reactor assembly, which is formed by integrating a transformer and a reactor, wherein the power assembly comprises a power switch transistor and a power rectification transistor, which are electrically connected to each other; the high-voltage assembly comprises an input terminal strip, an input fuse, which is electrically connected to the input terminal strip, a support capacitor, which is electrically connected to the power switch transistor, and an output filter capacitor, which is electrically connected to the power rectification transistor; and the power assembly is arranged on the power heat dissipater, the high-voltage assembly is located above the power assembly, and the transformer and the reactor assembly is located on one side of the power assembly. By means of the converter apparatus provided in the present invention, an entire module is divided into three independent assemblies according to device functions and effects, and then the converter apparatus becomes a whole with the layout of at least a three-in-one structure, thereby optimizing the layout space of a module structure, enabling full and effective heat dissipation of a power module, reducing the size and the weight of the entire module, and reducing the cost of the entire module.
