Abstract:
The present invention provides a current transformer with which it is possible to significantly reduce the manufacturing time. A current transformer, provided with: an insulator tube; an accommodation container provided above the insulator tube; a conduit 14, which is housed in the insulator tube and which extends along the insulator tube; a conduit insulation part 16 composed of insulation paper 15 covering the outer periphery of the conduit 14 in a large number of layers; a secondary coil unit accommodated in the accommodation container; a primary conductor penetrating through the secondary coil unit; and a secondary electrical wire, which is electrically connected to the secondary coil unit and which is inserted through the conduit 14. The conduit insulation part 16 is composed of insulation paper 15 continuous in the axial direction in each of the layers.
