Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a touch panel system, an intercommunication touch panel system, and a recording medium with which device configuration is easy, which are less susceptible to the ambient temperature and brightness and can be deformed during use, and with which it is possible to change the hardness or cushioning characteristic of a contact point in real time. This touch panel system 1 is provided with: a bag-shaped touch panel body unit V in which a surface 11 to be contacted is composed of a material that passes an electromagnetic wave in a wavelength region of a visible ray or a near-infrared ray and is flexible, and a surface 12 opposite from the surface to be contacted is composed of a material that passes an electromagnetic wave in the wavelength region, the bag-shaped touch panel body unit V comprising a space sandwiched between the surface to be contacted and the surface opposite therefrom; a magnetic fluid 20 composed of a magnetic substance and a fluid that shields or absorbs the electromagnetic wave in the wavelength region; a camera 50; an image analysis unit 100; and a magnetic field control mechanism 24 for applying a magnetic field to the magnetic fluid and controlling the magnetic fluid. The camera captures an image of a change in the electromagnetic wave in the wavelength region, the change occurring as the surface to be contacted and the surface opposite therefrom approach each other due to an external force acting on the surface to be contacted and the magnetic fluid moves from the proximity point.
