Abstract:
A CVD preparation method for eliminating spot defects of a camera module, which can basically resolve generation pathways of spots without producing spot defects of particles on the micron level. Further provided are a multi-layered film structure, packaging body cover plate, CLCC packaging body, and camera module obtained by using the preparation method, which greatly reduces the poor quality thereof due to spot defects.
