Abstract:
The commercial value of a granulated material can be increased by increasing the sieving efficiency of the granulated material and preventing the loss or breakage of the granulated material.
A cylindrical sieve (1) is an integrally rotating cylindrical sieve and comprises: a hollow rotating shaft (2) into which a driving shaft (21) is inserted and secured; a supporting member (3) extending out from the rotating shaft (2) in a radial direction; a sieve body (4) being a cylindrical sheet body coupled to the supporting member (3) and having numerous holes (5), such as, for example, a punching metal or the like; and sieve frames (6a, 6b) formed at the ends of the sieve body (4). The rotating shaft (2), supporting member (3), sieve body (4), sieve frames (6a, 6b), and driving shaft (21) are integrally rotated around the same axis. The sieve body (4) is a corrugated sheet formed so as to have a wave-shaped unevenness along the circumferential direction and the numerous holes (5) are formed on the corrugated sheet.
