Abstract:
A damper device 10 includes: a rotor 24 having a rotor inclined section that is inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to a rotary shaft so as to rise in the radially outward direction; a base 20 that rotatably supports the rotor 24; a cap 22 that defines an accommodating chamber for the rotor 24, together with the base 20; and viscous liquid to be charged in the accommodating chamber. The base 20 has, inside thereof, a base inclined surface that is inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to the rotary shaft so as to rise in the radially outward direction. The cap 22 has, inside thereof, a cap inclined surface that is inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to the rotary shaft so as to fall in the radially inward direction. The rotor inclined section is located in an area in the accommodating chamber defined by the base inclined surface and the cap inclined surface.
