Title:
FLOW CELL AND NANOPORE ARRAY SENSING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/241291
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present disclosure proposes a multi-channel flow cell for a nanopore array sensing system that is used for DNA sequencing or counting for target molecule use, the multi-channel flow cell solving the problem of limitation in the number of nanopores that can be used within an array chip due to a limited space for disposing flow channels, and the problem of an electrical conductance error due to air bubble formation and aqueous solution leakage. In the multi-channel flow cell, the number of membranes within a membrane array chip is N × M arrays, where M is less than or equal to N, and the number of flow channels is N × M, where N and M are positive integers. Furthermore, the flow channels include an inlet flow channel, an outlet flow channel, and two types of joints (see FIG. 3).
