Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a dedicated internal-cooling roller burnishing tool characterized by variable angles and low-temperature lubrication. The internal-cooling roller burnishing tool comprises a tool handle, a rotatable tool head and a medium conveying pipeline, wherein the rotatable tool head comprises a base, a roller burnishing head and a bead roller; the bottom end of the base is mounted on the tool handle, and the top of the base is provided with a medium input port connected to the medium conveying pipeline; the roller burnishing head is detachably mounted on a front end face of the base, and a plurality of spray holes are provided in the front end face of the base in the circumferential direction of the roller burnishing head; the medium conveying pipeline is in communication with the spray holes by means of a medium flow channel; the bead roller is mounted at the end of the roller burnishing head that faces away from the base; the medium conveying pipeline is used for conveying a cooling lubrication medium; and the base has a rotary state and a locked state. The internal-cooling roller burnishing tool can realize the low-temperature roller burnishing of a surface layer of a metal material, has the characteristics of simple operation and convenient installation, and solves the problems of the low processing efficiency and low precision of an existing low-temperature roller burnishing device.
