Abstract:
The present invention provides a dental workpiece that has suitable strength for dental use and has exceptional machinability in a sintered state. The present invention relates to a dental workpiece for which the erosion rate is 8.0 μm/g or higher or the value of (erosion rate (μm/g))×(average crystal grain size (μm)) is 15 μm2/g or greater when a spherical alumina slurry having an average particle size of 3.0 μm is projected in a micro slurry-jet erosion test, and for which the biaxial bending strength measured in conformance with ISO 6872:2015 is 300 MPa or greater.
