Abstract:
This detection device includes: a substrate; a plurality of photodiodes arranged in a detection region of the substrate; a plurality of first terminals arranged in a first direction in a peripheral region outside the detection region; an insulation film covering the plurality of first terminals; and an anisotropic conductive film that is on the insulation film and that covers the plurality of first terminals. Between the substrate and the insulation film, each of the plurality of first terminals includes a first metal layer, a second metal layer stacked on the first metal layer via a first interlayer insulation film, a third metal layer that is stacked on the second metal layer in contact therewith, and a first light-transmitting conductive layer that is stacked on the third metal layer in contact therewith. The insulation film includes an opening that exposes the first light-transmitting conductive layer in regions that overlap the respective first terminals. The anisotropic conductive film directly contacts a side surface of the insulation film in which the opening is formed and the first light-transmitting conductive layer overlapping the opening.
