Abstract:
A device (200A) for fusion-cutting a packaging sheet has a heating head (201) for heating a packaging sheet (5), an anvil (202) facing the heating head (201), a conveying means for conveying the packaging sheet (5), and a holding means (pressing member (203) and pressure-bearing part (204)) for making contact with the packaging sheet from the front and rear upstream and downstream of a line for fusion-cutting the packaging sheet when the packaging sheet (5) is heated, and holding the packaging sheet. In order for tension to be applied to the heat-fused packaging sheet (5) along the direction in which the packaging sheet (5) is conveyed, the fusion-cutting device (200A) creates an offset in the direction in which the heating head (201) and the anvil (202) approach or withdraw from each other at a position where the packaging sheet (5) is heated by the heating head (201) and the anvil (202) and a position where the packaging sheet (5) is held by the holding means. This fusion-cutting device (200A) is capable of preventing the packaging sheet from adhering to the anvil, re-melting, or other problems when a packaging sheet is subjected to heat-assisted fusion-cutting.
