Abstract:
Provided is a device for manufacturing an electrode sheet material that is capable of stably maintaining and transporting a sheet-like material which is a core material, while not having to lengthen a total manufacturing process line length, and capable of coating an insulator uniformly and without a gap in a horizontal direction of an active material layer which is coated onto front and rear surfaces thereof. Specifically, a first main surface coating sub-nozzle and a second main surface coating sub-nozzle are disposed at a downstream side of a sheet material transport direction with respect to a first main surface coating main nozzle and a second main surface coating main nozzle, and at an upstream side of the sheet material transport direction with respect to a dryer portion. A coating liquid discharge portion of the first main surface coating sub-nozzle is disposed on each of both outer sides in a sheet material width direction with respect to a coating liquid discharge portion of the first main surface coating main nozzle, and a coating liquid discharge portion of the second main surface coating sub-nozzle is disposed on each of both outer sides in the sheet material width direction with respect to a coating liquid discharge portion of the second main surface coating main nozzle.
