Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device and a method for determining a service discovery protocol of a smart device, and the device for determining a service discovery protocol of a smart device, according to the present invention, can comprise: a database for storing information related to a service discovery protocol (SDP); a message configuration unit for configuring a probing message; a message transmission and reception unit for transmitting the probing message to an external device and receiving a return message corresponding to the probing message from the external device; and an analysis unit for determining an SDP of the external device by comparing information, which is obtained by analyzing the return message received by the message transmission and reception unit, with the information stored in the database.
