Abstract:
Provided is a device for producing a first-aid adhesive plaster, wherein a first-aid adhesive plaster provided with a hydrocolloid pad on a support can be mass produced at high rate. The device is equipped with a half cutter (31) which forms hydrocolloid pads (2c) in a state arranged in series individually by making cuts, at equally-spaced intervals, in a hydrocolloid material (2b) laminated on the separator (2a) of a hydrocolloid pad master roll (2) advancing in the longitudinal direction, and a sticking means (38) which strips the separator (2a) from the hydrocolloid pad (2c) and sticks the hydrocolloid pad (2c) to the adhesive surface of an advancing adhesive tape master roll (1). A feed adjusting section (21) which makes the hydrocolloid pad master roll (2) detour is also provided on the upstream side of the half cutter (31), a suction brake (37) which sucks the hydrocolloid pad master roll (2) is arranged at the position of the half cutter (31), and a nip roller (39) which advances the hydrocolloid pad master roll (2) intermittently is arranged on the downstream side of the sticking means (38).
