Abstract:
Prior-art display control devices have had a problem in that if a blind spot image is displayed to a pedestrian, it is difficult for the pedestrian to recognize what range is being displayed. This display control device (20) is provided with a blind spot image acquisition unit (21) that acquires a blind spot image of a blind spot caused by a host vehicle when viewed from a subject present outside the host vehicle, a display image generation unit (23) that generates a display image in which the image of the host vehicle is superimposed over the blind spot image, and a control unit (26) that displays a display image on display devices (32–35) provided in the host vehicle.
