Abstract:
A display panel and a display panel fabrication method. A bending region (10) and a non-bending region (20) are defined on the display panel, and the display panel comprises, in sequence from bottom to top, a substrate layer (6), an array layer (3) and a light-emitting layer (4), wherein a side on the substrate layer (6) located in the bending region (10) away from the array layer (3) is provided with a first groove (61). The display panel fabrication method comprises: a substrate layer fabrication step (S1), a substrate layer etching step (S2) and a display panel fabrication completion step (S3). The arrangement of the first groove (61) may enhance the bending angle stability of the bending region (10), which prevents cracking or fracturing caused by an excessive amount of local stress due to deformation.
