Title:
DISTORTION-COMPENSATION DEVICE AND DISTORTION-COMPENSATION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/103174
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a distortion-compensation device that, by appropriately generating distortion-compensation coefficients, makes it possible to obtain desired transmission output and substantially reduce the amount of power leakage to adjacent channels. A reception unit (103) in this distortion-compensation device accesses and demodulates a transmission signal to generate a demodulated signal. A delay-adjustment unit (104) computes the amount by which said demodulated signal is delayed relative to a baseband signal, uses the computed delay amount to eliminate said delay, and outputs the baseband signal and demodulated signal with the delay eliminated. A distortion-compensation unit (101) determines distortion-compensation coefficients for an adaptive digital predistortion process on the basis of the baseband signal and demodulated signal outputted by the delay-adjustment unit (104) and multiplies an input signal by said distortion-compensation coefficients.
