Abstract:
In the present invention, a distributed amplifier comprises: transmission lines (CPW1, CPW2) configured to transmit signals; a variable capacitor (Ctune1) configured so that one end thereof is connected to the transmission line (CPW1), the other end thereof is connected to a ground, and the capacitance can be adjusted; and a variable capacitor (Ctune2) configured so that one end thereof is connected to the transmission line (CPW2), the other end thereof is connected to the ground, and the capacitance can be adjusted. The transmission lines (CPW1, CPW2) are configured so that the inductance can be adjusted.
