Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to analyze digitized document information which has been gathered to be provided as evidence in a legal action, and to sort same such that same is easily usable in the legal action. A document sorting system comprises: a keyword database; an associated term database; a first sorting unit which extracts from document information a document which contains a keyword which is recorded in the keyword database, and applies the specified sorting coding to the extracted document on the basis of the keyword correspondence information; and a second sorting unit which extracts, from document information to which the specified sorting coding is not applied in the first sorting unit, a document which contains an associated term which is recorded in the associated term database, computes a score on the basis of an evaluation value of the associated term which is contained in the extracted document and the number of the associated terms, and applies, on the basis of the score and the associated term correspondence information, the prescribed sorting coding to a document among the documents which contain the associated term for which the score exceeds a given value.
