This double eccentric valve is provided with a valve seat (13) that includes a seat surface (17) on a valve hole (16), a valve body (14) which includes a seal surface (18), a flow path (16) in which the valve seat (13) and the valve body (14) are arranged and through which a fluid flows, and a rotary shaft (15) which rotates the valve body (14). With respect to the valve body (14) and the valve hole (16), the main axis line (L1) of the rotary shaft (15) is doubly eccentric, both to the direction of the flow path (11) and a direction perpendicular to the flow path (11). By rotating the valve body (14) about the main axis line (L1), the valve body (14) moves between a fully closed position, in which the seal surface (18) contacts the seat surface (17), and a fully open position, in which the seal surface (18) is furthest away from the seat surface (17). The valve body (14) is attached to a valve body attachment unit (15a) of the rotary shaft (15), and the auxiliary axis line (Lp) of the valve body attachment unit (15a) extends parallel to the main axis line (L1) and is disposed eccentrically in the radial direction of the rotary shaft (15) from the main axis line (L1).
