Abstract:
This drive element (1) rotates a rotatable part (40) about a rotational axis (R10). The drive element (1) is provided with a fixed part (10) that rotatably supports the rotatable part (40), and a drive unit (21) that rotates the rotatable part (40). The drive unit (21) is provided with a piezoelectric layer, an upper electrode and a lower electrode arranged on either side of the piezoelectric layer, and an insulating layer that covers the piezoelectric layer, the upper electrode, and the lower electrode. A wiring portion (61), comprising a single conductive layer that is connected to the upper electrode via a contact hole formed in the insulating layer, is provided extending to the fixed part (10).
