Abstract:
Provided is a dynamic image decoding device for decoding the dynamic image data encoded by a prediction encoding method. When a block encoded by an inter-frame prediction encoding method is to be decoded, the encoded block is decoded, in case a reference block is absent in a frame memory, by assuming that the encoded block was encoded by an in-frame prediction encoding method.
