Provided is a rubber body (30) for closure, which serves as an elastic body for closure, the rubber body (30) closing the gap between a partition plate (11) in which a through-hole (11a) is formed and refrigerant piping (P) which is inserted through the through-hole (11a). The rubber body (30) for closure is provided with: an insertion receiving section (31)having formed therein an opening into which the refrigerant piping (P) is pressed and inserted, the insertion receiving section (31) coming into pressure contact, in an elastic and liquid tight manner, with the outer surface of the refrigerant piping (P) having been pressed and inserted into the opening; a fitting section (32) fitted in a liquid tight manner to the peripheral edge portion of the through-hole (11a) in the partition plate (11) while elastically pressing the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole (11a); and a displacement permitting section (33) which closes the gap between the insertion receiving section (31) and the fitting section (32) and which elastically deforms to permit the relative displacement between the insertion receiving section (31) and the fitting section (32) in the direction parallel to the partition plate (11).
