Abstract:
Disclosed is an electronic component which can be mounted with a good balance.
Specifically disclosed is an electronic component (10) which comprises: (a) a substrate (12); (b) a plurality of first terminals (16) that are formed in the peripheral portion of one main surface (12t) of the substrate (12); (c) a ground electrode (18) that is formed in the central portion of the main surface (12t) of the substrate (12) and has opening portions (18a, 18b); and (d) at least two second terminals (17a, 17b) that are formed within the opening portions (18a, 18b) of the ground electrode (18) in the main surface (12t) of the substrate (12), and are electrically insulated from the ground electrode (18). The second terminals (17a, 17b) are arranged at positions that are symmetrical with respect to the center (18c) of the ground electrode (18).
