Abstract:
According to the present invention, an insulating film (50) covers an outer surface (21) of a body (20). The outer surface (21) has: a planar first surface (22A); a second surface (22B) which neighbors the first surface (22A) and extends in a direction different from the first surface (22A); and a first boundary surface (23A) including a local surface present at the boundary between the first surface (22A) and the second surface (22B). The angle on the body (20) side among the angles formed by the first surface (22A) and the second surface (22B) is less than 180 degrees. In the cross-section perpendicular to the first surface (22A) and the second surface (22B), the average value of the thickness dimension from the first boundary surface (23A) to the surface of the insulating film (50) that covers the first boundary surface (23A) is a first average dimension (AD1). In addition, the average value of the thickness dimension from the first surface (22A) to the surface of the insulating film (50) that covers the first surface (22A) is a second average dimension. In this case, the first average dimension (AD1) is greater than the second average dimension.
