Abstract:
Disclosed are an electronic device for audio output and an operation method therefor. According to various embodiments, an electronic device comprises a wireless communication module and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor can transmit, through the wireless communication module, audio data to a master earbud device connected to the electronic device, detect the occurrence of audio disconnection in the master earbud device and/or a slave earbud device, control the slave earbud device and/or an external electronic device so that the slave earbud device is connected to the external electronic device if audio disconnection is detected, transmit, through the wireless communication module, first audio data for the master earbud device to the master earbud device, and control the external electronic device through the wireless communication module so that the external electronic device transmits second audio data for the slave earbud device to the slave earbud device.
