Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an energy-saving, durable and link-rod-type electronic speed regulation mechanism for an engine of a generator set. The electronic speed regulation mechanism comprises a frequency converter, a speed regulation electric motor, a buffer-type link rod speed-regulation assembly and a carburetor shaft, wherein the speed regulation electric motor is electrically connected to the frequency converter, and the buffer-type link rod speed-regulation assembly is arranged between an output shaft of the speed regulation electric motor and the carburetor shaft. The buffer-type link rod speed-regulation assembly comprises a crank I, a crank II, a link rod and a buffer spring, wherein one end of the crank I is fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the speed regulation electric motor, and one end of the crank II is fixedly arranged at an upper end of the carburetor shaft; a free end of the crank I is provided with a link rod hooking hole I and a spring hooking hole I, and the link rod hooking hole I is located on an outer side of the spring hooking hole I; and a free end of the crank II is provided with a link rod hooking hole II and a spring hooking hole II. The present invention relates to the technical field of electric motor speed regulation, and particularly provides the energy-saving, durable and link-rod-type electronic speed regulation mechanism for an engine of a generator set, which mechanism meets the accelerator opening degree and also has a buffer function and a long service life.
