Abstract:
The equipment for extrusion of aluminum soft and hard aluminum alloys, as well as other metals can be forged or cast. If it is forged, the equipment is with triangular front and back disc (1) and (2) and three columns that connect the ones mentioned (4). If it is cast, the discs (1 and 2) are with squared form and they are connected with four columns (4). This equipment is with reduced personal weight, and increased productivity. As it consists of several kinds of recipients (5) different in length and in diameter comes out a possibility for obtaining the smallest, actually the biggest profiles in length and in cross-section. The empty runnings are cut for at least two times through the plunger (7). With the mechanism for raw material a fast delivery of the raw material and cleaning the extrudowaste in the same time is provided.

Claims:
PATENT CLAIMS
1. The equipment for extrusion of soft and hard aluminum alloys and other metals, contains front disc (1) and back disc (2) in the shape of triangle, connected with three columns (4), cylinder (3), tool (6) for forming the crosssection of the product, the recipient (5) and the piston (plunger) (7) for performing the pressing, two reflexive hydraulic columns (8), a mechanism (9) for delivering the raw material, as well as for cleaning the remains of the pressure machine. This equipment is performed as forged.
2. The equipment for extrusion of soft and hard aluminum alloys and other metals contains the elements of the equipment under claim 1, with the difference that this one is cast, and the front disc (1) and the back disc (2) are squared and are connected with four columns (4). The rest of the elements are the same as under the claim 1.
3. The equipment for extrusion of soft and hard aluminum alloys and other metals, according to the claims 1 and 2, pinpointing the fact that the columns (4) provide the connection of the discs (1) and (2) and transfer the hydraulic stress.
4. The equipment for extrusion of soft and hard aluminum alloys and other metals, according to the claims 1 and 2, pinpointing the fact that the tool for shaping (6) of the front disc (1) forms the crosssection of the product, which comes out like that in front of the front disc (1).
5. The equipment for extrusion of the soft and hard aluminum alloys and other metals, according to the claims 1,2 and 3, pinpointing the fact that the front (1) and the back disc (2) accept the axial forces of the pressing and provide supporting points of all the parts of the pressure machine and the forces in the axial direction.
6. The equipment for extrusion of the soft and hard aluminum alloys and other metals, according to the claims 1 and 2, pinpointing the fact that the two reverse hydraulic cylinders (8) return the recipient (5) back towards the back disc (2).
7. The equipment for extrusion of soft and hard aluminum alloys and other metals, according to the claims 1 and 2, pinpointing the fact that the recipient (5) and the piston (plunger) (7) push and extrude the piece of aluminum towards the front disc.
8. The equipment for extrusion of soft and hard aluminum alloys and other metals, according to the claims 1 and 2, pinpointing the fact that the mechanism (9) for taking the raw material and cleaning the remains of the pressure machine enables fast working of the pressure machine.
Description:
EXTRUSION PRESS FOR METALS STATE OF THE ART TO WHICH THE INVENTION IS RELATED The equipment for extrusion of soft and hard aluminum alloys, as well as other metals (copper, titan, steel and others) is an invention from the field of the mechanical engineering and the metallurgy. It is used for production of metal profiles for many purposes: airplane industry, railroad transportation, construction and others. The characteristic in this equipment is that as a construction for that kind of products it is with reduced dimensions to 10 times. With the same pressure machine can be produced smallest to greatest profiles. Direct pressing can be applied on the same pressure machine, indirectly as other combined pressings.

According to the International Patent Classification (IPC), the subject of the invention is classified and it is marked with the symbol B30B 11/22.

TECHNICAL PROBLEM SOLVED WITH THE PATENT The technical problem that is solved with this invention consists of the following: the same equipment can include several kinds of recipients different in length and diameter, from where comes the possibility for obtaining the largest, i. e. smallest profiles as cross-section and length. With the possibility for moving the front disc it is enabled to obtain extremely big lengths.

The problem for increased productivity is solved with the possibility for direct, indirect and combined pressing. The empty running are cut for at least two times in relation to the standard pressure machines, with what the productivity is increased, and the weight of the pressure machine is significantly lower. In the same time the work is performed with double greater pressure from 650 to 1000 bar.

STATE OF THE ART The pressure machines are known equipment with different sizes, weights and look and they serve for production of extruded profiles of metal.

This pressure machine differs from the others because the size is significantly lower- above 8 times, and in length around 3 times. Other feature is that the thermal finish of the profile is performed on the line itself, on which finished heating, and then cooling is performed. With that the duration of the production cycle is decreased significantly, with what the productivity is increased, as difference from the known processes of extrusion, where the hardening is a separate process of extrusion and it lasts longer time.

SOLUTION OF THE TECHNICAL PROBLEM The construction solution of the equipment for extrusion of soft and hard aluminum alloys, as well as other metals, according to this invention consists of front movable disc and back fixed disc that serves as cover of the cylinder. The discs can be with a triangle shape at forge pressure machine or with rectangular shape at the cast pressure machine. Three (four columns at the cast one) columns for connections the front and the back disc, cylinder with a piston (plunger) for performing maximum force, recipient in which the pressure of the extrusion of the aluminum is performed, (a change of the recipients depending of the assortment of the product), a mechanism for taking and placing the material for extrusion, as well as cleaning the remains of the pressure machine, reverse hydraulic columns, piston (plunger), tools for shaping the product, and it is changing depending of the needs of the production.

This invention can be most clearly described through an example by referring to the accompanying drawings: FORGE PRESSURE MACHINE with a triangular shape on the front and the back disc.

Referring to the drawings 1,2,3, for the forge pressure machine, and 4,5,6, for the cast pressure machine, the equipment for extrusion of soft and hard aluminum alloys, as well as other metals (copper, titan, steel) consists of mechanism (9) for catching the raw material and cleaning the remains of the pressure machine. The raw material with the reached temperature is placed in the empty space in front of the mold (6), whereas the recipient (5) is drawn backwards toward the cylinder (3) and the piston (plunger) (7), Figure 2. The recipient (5) starts to move towards the tool (6) where it surrounds the piece of raw material more than half of its length. The mechanism (9) releases the piece of raw material and it goes back in the starting position, whereas the raw material stays in the recipient (5). The recipient is attached to the tool (6) placed on the front disc (1) and the working running starts by moving the piston (plunger) (7) forward with power that the pressure machine possesses, which is reached with hydraulic aggregate. With that procedure the extrusion of the profile toward the placed tool (6) is performed. After the termination of the pressing the

plunger through the recipient and the two reverse hydraulic cylinders (8) is returned in the end right position, with what the cycle of the pressure ends, and the placement of the new raw material for working is enabled. In this cycle the connection between the front (1) and the back (2) disc is through three, actually four columns (4), which accept and provide the needed power for the pressing. The front disc (1) is intended to be moved in the axial direction towards the program of the pressing (length and weight). The recipient (5) is changeable in the inner diameter and in the length depending on the program for pressing (length and weight of the profile).
