Abstract:
A filter device that can be disposed on the outside of a washing machine and connected to a drainage device of the washing machine, the filter device comprising: a housing; a filter case which is provided inside the housing, and comprises an inlet and an outlet so as to allow water to flow from the drainage device through the inlet and through the outlet when the filter device is disposed on the outside of the washing machine and connected to the drainage device of the washing machine; a filter that can be detachably mounted in the filter case; and circuitry which is provided between the housing and the filter case, and comprises a control part for controlling the filter device and a communication part for transmitting information obtained by the filter device to at least one of the washing machine or a user device.
